I just had a gross image. With the baby coming right around Thanksgiving, Stephanie is sort of like a human version of a Turducken* - but instead of a Turkey stuffed with a duck stuffed with a chicken, she's a Human stuffed with a human that's stuffed with whatever babies are stuffed with.
*Stephanie, I promise I won't try to eat our baby.
